Jun Fan Kung Fu

Jun Fan Kung Fu was Bruce Lee's creation and is particularly valuable for its effectiveness for self defence. It is enormously varied and usefull. it involves drills against partner or pads and it particularly renowned for its immobilisation techniques (trapping).
