  1. Ready Stance
  2. Step back into WS (Left foot back);
    Rising Blk;
    Dbl Punch.
  3. Step back into WS;
    Rising Blk;
    Dbl Punch.
  4. Step back, turning to your left into BS;
    Single knife hand blk.
  5. Left-leg double side kick (Low & Mid);
    Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' behind you;
    Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, landing in BS.
  6. Right-Leg double side kick (Low & Mid);
    Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' on your left landing the kicking leg behind (right).
    Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, in BS.
  7. Block an attack from the right @ 45°, with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  8. Rear-Leg (right) side-kick @ 45°, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
    Single knife hand strike.
  9. Block an attack from the left (@ opposite 45°), with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  10. Rear-Leg (left) side-kick @ 45°, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
    Single knife hand strike.
  11. Bring front (left) leg back to rear leg and step back (right) into BS; block with single KH.
  12. Step front leg (left) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  13. Bring rear leg (right) up to perform a foot sweep;
    Land forwards in WS;
    Single-Left-hand punch to fallen opponent.
  14. Bring front (right) leg back to rear leg and step back into BS; block with single KH.
  15. Step front leg (right) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  16. Bring rear leg (left) up to perform a foot sweep;
    Land forwards in WS;
    Single-Right-hand punch to fallen opponent.
  17. Bring front (left) leg back to rear leg and step back into BS; block with single KH.
  18. Turn without moving your feet to face an opponent behind you in BS; block with single KH.
  19. Step backwards into BS; block with single KH.
  20. Rear leg (right) reverse turning kick; land back into BS; block with single KH.
  21. Step backwards into BS; block with single KH.
  22. Rear leg (left) reverse turning kick; land back into BS; block with single KH.
  23. Step back, turning to your left into BS; (opponent on your left)
    Single knife hand blk.
  24. Left-leg double side kick (Mid & High);
    Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' behind you;
    Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, landing in BS.
  25. Right-Leg double side kick (Mid & High);
    Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' on your left landing the kicking leg behind (right).
    Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, in BS.
  26. Block an attack from the right @ 45°, with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  27. Rear-Leg (right) HOOK-kick @ 45°, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
    Single knife hand strike.
  28. Block an attack from the left (@ opposite 45°), with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  29. Rear-Leg (left) hook-kick @ 45°, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
    Single knife hand strike.
  30. Bring front (left) leg back to rear leg and step back into BS; block with single KH.
  31. Step front leg (left) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  32. Bring rear leg (right) up to perform a foot sweep;
    Before landing, heel (right) strike to fallen opponent; KI-UP;
    Land beside left foot and step back into BS.
  33. Step front leg (right) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  34. Bring rear leg (left) up to perform a foot sweep;
    Before landing, heel (left) strike to fallen opponent; KI-UP;
    Land beside left foot and step back into BS (left forwards).
  35. Step into walking stance. Right hand lunge punch.
  36. Turn right 270° into BS double KH.
  37. Side Kick (right); Back Kick (left); into BS double KH.
  38. Turn left 180° into BS double KH.
  39. Side Kick (left); Back Kick (right); into BS double KH
