  1. Ready Stance
  2. Turn left, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  3. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  4. Turn right 180, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  5. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  6. Turn left, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  7. Rising block, in walking stance.
  8. Rising block, in walking stance.
  9. Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
  10. Turn left 270, Double knife hand block, in back stance.
  11. Double knife hand block, in back stance.
  12. Turn right 180, Double knife hand block, in back stance.
  13. Double knife hand block, in back stance.
  14. Turn left 90; Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  15. Followed immediatly by turning to face an 'attacker' from behind performing an Outside block mid section in back stance.
  16. Step backwards into Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  17. Step backwards into Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  18. Step backwards into Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  19. Followed immediatly by turning to face an 'attacker' from behind performing an Outside block mid section in back stance.
  20. Turn left, Rising block, in walking stance.
  21. Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
  22. Turn left, Rising block, in walking stance.
  23. Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
  24. Ready Stance
