  3. Rear leg front Kick.
  4. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  5. Turn right 180, Rising block, in walking stance.
  6. Rear leg front Kick.
  7. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  8. Turn left, Low Double Knife hand block in back stance.
  9. Double Knife hand block in back stance.
  10. Rising block, in walking stance.
  11. Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
  12. Turn right 270, Rising block, in walking stance.
  13. Rear leg front Kick.
  14. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  15. Turn right 180, Rising block, in walking stance.
  16. Rear leg front Kick.
  17. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  18. Turn left, Low outside block, Closed Fist, in back stance.
  19. Supported, Inside Block ,in walking stance.
  20. Inside Block in walking stance.
  21. Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
  22. Turn left 270, Rising block, in walking stance.
  23. Rear leg front Kick.
  24. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  25. Turn right 180, Rising block, in walking stance.
  26. Rear leg front Kick.
  27. Straight Punch in walking stance.
