- Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
- Turn left 270, Double knife hand block, in back stance.
- Outside block mid section, in back stance.
- Turn right 180, Double knife hand block, in back stance.
- Outside block mid section, in back stance.
- Turn left, 90 Low outside block, OPEN HAND
- Single Knife Hand Strike, in walking stance.
- Single Knife Hand Strike, in walking stance.
- Straight Punch in walking stance.
- Turn right 270, Low outside block, in walking stance.
