  1. Ready Stance
  2. Turn left, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  3. In walking stance. Outside block mid section,
  4. Turn right 180, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  5. In walking stance. Outside block mid section,
  6. Turn left, 90 Low outside block, in walking stance.
  7. Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  8. Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  9. Straight Punch in walking stance. Ki'Up! (shout)
  10. Turn left 270, Double knife hand block, in back stance.
  11. Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  12. Turn right 180, Double knife hand block, in back stance.
  13. Outside block mid section, in back stance.
  14. Turn left, 90 Low outside block, OPEN HAND
  15. Single Knife Hand Strike, in walking stance.
  16. Single Knife Hand Strike, in walking stance.
  17. Straight Punch in walking stance.
  18. Turn right 270, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  19. Outside block mid section, in walking stance.
  20. Turn right 180, Low outside block, in walking stance.
  21. Outside block mid section, in walking stance.
  22. Ready Stance
