On the 9th of December Mike Gregory came down to give his latest JKD/Kali seminar. It was excellent.(To See his web site click here.)The next seminar will be on the 10th of Feb. be there if you can. See Colin to book your place.

On the 26th Jan I will be going to the JKD instructors' seminar in London. Club members are welcome to attend as well.

The kids club had a grading on the 10th of December. Their standard was very high and they were very keen. Well done kids. Thanks to James and Gary for assisting with instruction.

Bruce Mundin has  completed his grading for 1st Dan Black Belt! He received the belt on the 16th.Don't stop training !! Thanks go to him also for setting up this website and for constant info!

We will recommence training on Thursday the 3rd of January. Be there if you can. Don't give in to the sloth!
