Up-to-date club info March 2009

Just a quick encouragement to all those members who have missed sessions ,due to bad weather etc., to come training this Sunday and fit as many in as poss.

Those wishing to grade: (TKD/Kickboxing/MMA) time will be put aside for this in March for those eligible.

Info:- 2 members (Chris Watkins and Frances McCabe) graded for 1st Dan last Tuesday after 6 years of training.
Results are due next week.
One member (Jamie Miller) received red belt in Mixed arts (Thai/Jun Fan/Kali) this week after a total of 4 hrs of grading.
