                  a.      Rising Elbow

          3.      Jumping knee - against pad.

          4.      Free-style Punching to focus mitts

          5.      Kicks:
                  a.      Jumping side kick to mid-section of body
                  b.      Low round kick (Inside & outside thigh)
                  c       Double round-house kick
                  d.      Double side-kick
                  e.      Reverse turning kick (To stationary focus mitt)
                  œ       Front & rear leg hook kick to focus mitt

          6.      One-on-One Kicking (No Contact)

          7.      One Step Sparring:
                  a.      Outside Block
                  b.      Inside Block
                  r_      Single Knife Hand
                  d.      Double Knife Hand

          8.      Patterns: 1,2,3,4 & 5

          9.      Self Defence Techniques:
                  a.      Arm around throat from behind
                  b.      Escape when held over & under arms from front.

          10.     40 x Press-Ups

          11.     Back kick to break wood (both legs).

          12.     Non-contact sparring.
