Bath - All Range Combat

We are an off shoot of the main club run in the city of Bath.

Why Train?

If you have ever wanted to learn a martial art, but you have never known which one to choose
or if you just want help your improving your level of fitness then this is the class for you.
As we are a small club training can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

The Training is designed to teach you the core style of "Tae Kwon Do", adding aspects of other
martial arts to form a well rounded style. The training is geared towards semi-contact sparing
and self-defence, so we cover all ranges from long-distance kicking to groundwork.

How is training organised?

Training is versatile and enjoyable.We train (and offer grades) in  many disciplines.

This is a friendly but disciplined club which consists of men and women from 7-mid fifties.

The emphasis is on respectful and safe training in an enjoyable environment.

We are located in the fully matted area of the Leisure center's upper sports hall. Which allows for throws and ground wok to be part of the class ciriculum.
It is a well-equipped club with everything a martial artist needs(focus mitts/kickpads/Thai pads/kick paddles/punch-bag/Escrima sticks/knives/safety sparring gear and a matted area).We cover all ranges from long-distance kicking to groundwork.

Gradings

Gradings are achieved through continual assesment.
There is a flexible curriculum and students can set their goals and plan their progress.

Classes

They can arrive and leave at the beginning or end of any class and do not have to stay all evening (which helps if energy is at a premium).

All-round fitness is a priority and we focus on all areas including flexibility training.If you are new to the area and have trained before in any style,or are totally new to martial arts, visit the club  or e-mail for further call for details.
