Sunday Evenings

7:00-7:15: Varied warm-up
7:15-7:45: intensive stretch
7:20-8:30: a high energy session.TKD kicks/Focus-mitt and kickpad workout .An essential technical work-out for all students in order to learn and improve technique and build fitness.
8.30-9:30:-Jun Fan/Kali (single stick/double stick/single knife) or Panantukan (pairs)or BJJ groundwork or Taekwondo patterns.

Thursday Evenings

8:00-8:15: Light stretch
8:15-9:00: Thai and/or kickboxing workout
9:00-9:45: Application of techniques including freesparring and body conditioning.  This class involves some contact.

Payment for Lessons:

Students pay via monthly standing order of £32 from their bank or building society.
This allows the student to attend as many classes as they wish.
The student must set this up before training (but may visit and watch the club as many times as they wish beforehand).The student  remains in control of this payment and can continue indefinitely or can cancel if they do not wish to continue training.
There is no contract.

The student receives one private lesson free of charge when the standing order has been set up.

Members are also obliged to purchase a Martial Arts Licence which provides full insurance cover and also acts as a grading record. This is only £8 pounds a year and is through the Amateur Martial Association.This provides 3rd party, dental and injury insurance. Further details available upon request.
